The complex consists of three blocks of apartments. On floors 1st to 4th, there are 2 and 3 bedroom homes. The homes on the 5th floor have a private solarium with independent access through the interior of the home on the roof, and there are also 2 and 3 bedroom options.
Surrounded by a perimeter wall of concrete and metalwork. There is pedestrian access from Venida de la Virgen street, as well as entry to the lobby of block 1 from Tamarit avenue. The residential area includes green spaces, an area for surface parking for bicycles, and a playground for children.
Pool area: Pool with beach-style entrance, equipped with showers and a large wooden pergola. There are garden areas with palm trees and vegetation, all of which are illuminated. In the central part of the pool, there is a shallower area where water beds are located.
